I want to give a HUGE shout out to Colleen McDermond at ReMax Sails in Canton. She was our agent when we sold our house in River Hill. She was amazing throughout the entire process. She walked us through everything and helped us immensely every step of the way. She had common sense suggestions about what to do to get the house ready for market and she didn't recommend anything outrageous. Colleen has a great sense of the market and only recommended doing things that were absolutely necessary. She priced the house well and it moved extremely fast. We had a full price contract in 2 days after listing and closed 5 weeks after listing. Since we had already moved everything to our new house in Delaware, she took care of coordinating ALL of the contractors and we didn't have to be there for any of that. She made a very stressful event extremely smooth and seamless. If you have a house to sell in Maryland or Virginia, you can't go wrong with Colleen McDermond.
